Referral FAQs
When do I get my store credit?
Once your friend's order has been delivered and paid for, and 14 days have passed without a return or refund, your credit is added to your account automatically.
How do I use my credit?
Log in at checkout with the email address linked to your account and your store credit can be applied to your order. Credit lasts for 12 months.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. Every new customer who uses your code on a qualifying first order earns you 10% back, up to £50 each.
Who counts as a new customer?
Anyone who hasn't ordered from Drinks Delivery Group before and isn't you. Orders to your own name, address, email or card don't qualify.
Does my friend need an account?
No. They just enter your code at checkout, or use your link, on a first order of £50 or more.
Can my friend use the code with other offers?
The £10 referral discount can't be combined with other discount codes, including WELCOME10. It can be used with free delivery on orders over £100.

- The referral code gives a new customer £10 off their first order with Drinks Delivery Group when the goods total is £50 or more. One use per customer. It cannot be combined with other discount codes, including WELCOME10.
- A referral only counts if the person referred has not ordered from us before and is not the referrer. Orders to the same name, address, email or payment card as the referrer do not qualify.
- The referrer earns store credit worth 10% of the referred customer's first order goods total, after discounts and excluding delivery, up to a maximum of £50 per referred customer.
- Credit is added to the referrer's account once the referred order has been delivered and paid in full, and 14 days have passed without a return or refund. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned or unpaid do not earn credit.
- Store credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and expires 12 months after it is issued. It can be used on any order at theddg.co.uk.
- You must be 18 or over to take part. Alcohol is only sold to customers aged 18 and over and we operate Challenge 25 on every delivery.
- Codes must not be posted on voucher or coupon websites. We may withhold or withdraw credit, cancel codes, or end or change this programme at any time if we suspect misuse.
